The 6” harp sure looked different without the bird design compare to the other miniature harps I have in the ensemble. I didn’t want it to be without a design for the bottom pillar. So I took a very thin cardboard paper, cut to the right length of the section of the bottom piller where the other bird used to be. I drew the bird design and used Elmer’s Glue to paste the bird to the area. Finally I finished it off with the gold paint marker.
I really like the results. The color of the gold marker blends well with the colors of the pillars. I didn’t have to use super glue to paste the design. It would’ve been a real mess if I used the super glue instead of Elmer’s Glue. The bird design I made is not a perfect design, but neither are the designs found on the other harps perfect. Nevertheless, I’m very happy with the results. And now the harp is ready to be played by Thunderbolts Punisher when he arrives sometime next week.
