Over the years I created 2 petitions to get the late 80s’ under-rated cartoon (C.O.P.S.) on DVD in complete form and to release a series of soft drinks containing cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup as one of their ingredients permanently. Both petitions succeeded despite the claim that petitions don’t work.
Petitions don’t work, they say. To me, it all depends on what the subject the petition is talking about and how interested the people are in making it happen. In some cases, petitions indeed don’t work. But in other cases, they do. And in this case, I hope this petition to reinstate Daredevil and renew the show for Season 4 from change.org will work to convince Marvel/Disney/Netflix to reinstate Daredevil and renew it for Season 4.

But even if LC and IF solo series ended up permanently shelved and no plans for a Heroes for Hire series are being made at this time and the surveys show that people show little interest in the Daredevil series, there’s no excuse for canceling Daredevil, Punisher, and Jessica Jones. What they should’ve done is transfer the shows to another network channel like Hulu, AMC, FX, and HBO without canceling them. All these stations would be more than happy to take those shows and renew them for new seasons and build up a bigger fanbase than normal.
Alongside Punisher and Jessica Jones, Daredevil is the greatest Marvel TV show ever made. All 3 of them are Emmy-award worthy and deserve to be kept on the air and shown on another channel like Hulu and AMC. If all those shows get canceled, never to be made anymore, then all efforts made by the cast and crew of all the awesome Marvel/Netflix shows will be completely wasted; everything is done for nothing and all of what was done will be thrown down the Memory Hole.
