He’s one of Punisher’s biggest allies who came from Great Britain and is known as “The British Punisher” who greatly idolizes the skull guy. He teamed up with Frank on many occasions and has appeared in Punisher: EuroHit and Suicide Run from the early 90s’. Now he’s partaking in the upcoming Marvel’s Contest of Champions comic adaptation based on the popular mobile game. He will be appearing in Contest of Champions #1 scheduled to be released October 7th.
