I am honored and excited to discover that Comic Book Resources has published an article about my site and my Punisher harp figures on the Robot 6 section of their site.
We’ve showcased themed collections in the past, but nothing quite like today’s, which comes from “The Owosso Harpist” Sherry Konkus. Sherry’s a harpist and Punisher fan from Michigan, and she’s combined her two interests into something truly unique.
“These are my Punisher figure collection where I have all of them play the harp and form into a special all-harp orchestra, which I called The Punisher Harp Ensemble,” Sherry writes. “Here all of the Punisher figures are portrayed as harpists who play the harp in memory of their families that were killed by the mob years ago.
That’s not all. Follow Punisher Harp Zone website and me on Twitter (@FranksHarpZone) to get the latest Punisher News, harp related items, and much more.
Sherry Konkus lives in Owosso, MI. She is the proud owner of the Camac Athena EX Concert Grand Harp named “Grover” and Camac Mademoiselle named “Ernie.” She’s also the proud author of The Punisher Harp Zone. Sherry is the one who came up with the idea of portraying The Punisher from Marvel Comics as the punishing harpist who plays the harp in memory of his family who was killed by the mob years ago.
