This is one of the best harp drawings I made using a combination of trace art, free handed drawing, and photoshop. I traced Bulletproof from a screenshot taken from a classic episode The Case of The Big Little Green Men. Then, I did freehand drawings of the harp. Next I did the hands and the background freehandedly using a few other screenshots from a few episodes as models for the drawing. I combine them all together using Photoshop and came up with what I think is one of the best harp drawings I ever made.
Years ago, I used to have a C.O.P.S. Bulletproof figure, but I gave him away because I was cleaning up the clutter in my bedroom when I used to live with my mom, and I didn’t want the C.O.P.S. figures any longer. Today I’m into The Punisher whom I’m portraying as a harpist in fanart and toy photography form. Perhaps soon I’ll be able to order another Bulletproof figure from ebay. This time I’ll make him play a miniature harp and display him doing a solo performance in front of my Punisher figures.
Here’s the intro to the TV series to help you relive the memory of seeing C.O.P.S. on TV.
Sherry Konkus lives in Owosso, MI. She is the proud owner of the Camac Athena EX Concert Grand Harp named “Grover” and Camac Mademoiselle named “Ernie.” She’s also the proud author of The Punisher Harp Zone. Sherry is the one who came up with the idea of portraying The Punisher from Marvel Comics as the punishing harpist who plays the harp in memory of his family who was killed by the mob years ago.
